I am the director of the Municipality of Anchorage's (MOA) Enterprise GIS Services, also known as the Geographic Data Information Center (GDIC) where we are responsible for managing the city's cloud-based ArcGIS Enterprise implementation. We're a small, hard-working group of 4 coordinating the distribution and management of maps and data to over 3,000 municipal employees as well as the public. We keep busy with data development, integrating information from multiple data sources, web mapping, training, and more!I moved to Alaska from South Florida in the summer of 2000. My background is in biology (watershed management and water quality). This led to being introduced to GIS software in graduate school. It wasn't long before I realized GIS was what I wanted to do full-time. I've been fortunate enough to work on some great projects with some great people all over Alaska. Specialties: ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, Web Mapping, Python, FME, ASP.NET, php/mySQL, JavaScript
Listed skills include Arcgis, Gis, Esri, Spatial Analysis, and 22 others.
