Originally from York, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Dallastown Area High School. My goal as a Recreation and Sports major is to work in the Sports industry as an Event Manager or work in Game Day operations. I currently am employed as a student worker for Coastal Carolina University athletics. I plan to build on this position and gain experience in numerous positions within a sports complex. I am driven to give athletes and families the exciting game day experiences that I experienced as a child. I believe sports are a big part of a growing mind as I participated in a total of 5 sports throughout my childhood. A couple of the sports I participated in were dance for 15 years, softball for 13 years, and football/wrestling cheerleading for 8 years.With my experience in participating in sports as well as my previous jobs, I am found to show great leadership skills as well as compassion for my work. I plan to carry these skills with me throughout my career.
