About Igor Kniazev
I am interested in additive technologies, as well as their application in mechanical engineering, the study of the technology of Generative Design in the design of metal products (Autodesk, Siemens).I have a technical mentality and a good spatial imagination. I understand the structure of piston internal combustion engines (in particular, the design of pistons and connecting rods). Familiar with such types of metalworking as milling and turning. I am able to prepare three-dimensional models for milling and turning. At the moment I am creating drawings of assembly units, body parts, interior plastic parts for the Russian passenger electric car "A" class.I obtained advanced skills in following programs: SolidWorks (solid-state and surface modeling, sheet metal, welded structures, assemblies, working with drawings), CATIA V5 (solid-state and surface modeling, sheet metal, assemblies, working with drawings), NX (basic knowledge), Compass 3D , KeyShot, PhotoView 360, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Cura, Repetier-Host.Achievements: - participated in the design of urban low-floor buses (he completely designed the frame taking into account the layout and style surfaces);- participated in the development of a frame for a class B electric car;- created an internal combustion engine project in SolidWorks 2015-2016;- simulated the S-fox 2018 motorized towing vehicle (front-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive versions);- created a model of a forged piston according to his own drawings and a 3d model, exceeding the tolerances of serial engine building;- was a member of the racing team of St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Construction "SP / ACE", performing in Formula Student motor racing competitions (Formula SAE) in order to increase the fuel efficiency of power units on the team’s vehicles.I consider for myself the development in the areas of automotive engineering, machine building or engine building (machine parts, loaded engine components, housings for various motor vehicles, related equipment), refinement of existing power units.
