Provided strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of security and loss prevention for 257 drugstores, 2 distribution centers and the corporate office facilities. This included the evaluation of both proprietary and vendor solutions to shrink, cash loss and expense control. Developed and implemented systems and programs which successfully reduced shrink by 63% while absorbing ongoing budget cuts.

Responsible for all aspects of loss prevention including equipment approval and purchasing, developing and implementing loss prevention procedures, and developing training programs and material for 80,000 employees. In this position I managed the activities of 3 regional directors, 45 security managers, 48 integrity shoppers, 150 store detectives and over 1500 uniformed guards.
