Teaching English as a second language to students from other countries and cultural backgrounds at various different levels, from beginner to advanced.I teach vocabulary, grammar, speaking, listening and reading. I also take part in excursions, to immerse our students in English culture.

• Strategic creation of a weekly ROTA to ensure successful operation of the company.• Maintaining working relationships with clients.• Conducting interviews and training employees through creation and use of presentations and training materials.• Recruitment management.• Offering emotional contracts to employees that involves providing support, encouragement and summarising any difficulties.• Handling disciplinary action.• Fundraiser management – ensuring all employees are working to the standard set out by the companies policies and procedures (signup rates and shift attendance).• Payroll and petty cash queries – ensuring all employees are paid according to the bonus structure that is in place.• Generating new ideas for pitches to keep up to date with the ever-changing marketing climate.• Spending time in different regions to provide nationwide coverage for marketing strategies
