I prefer promoting products and people over myself. But…📣 If you want me to do something, tell me it’s impossible. I am driven to make a difference and love working on interesting problems with diverse teammates and generating results (“innovating”). I care more about the importance of the problem than size of company or job title. 🏆 In a wide range of markets and roles, I have a proven record of doubling revenues, growing new product revenues by 3X+ over historical norms, and all with increased profitability. (specifics in work history)🎯 I have lead sales, marketing, products, engineering, R&D and operations in companies ranging from $100MM/yr to minus millions. My foundation is mechanical, electrical and software technologies and if the job doesn’t involve at least one of them -- someone else might be a better fit. My sweet spot is creating and communicating innovations and strategies.⭐ I started out in mechanical design engineering. Having created a few underwhelming products, I shifted my focus to learning how to identify market opportunities and finding customer problems worth solving. I believe hypotheses, MVPs and quick learning iterations is the path to extraordinary business outcomes. The benefits of fast and early iterations is why I continuously grow my ability to be hands-on with technology and became a US patent agent. 🔎 I spent over a decade at the corporate officer and VP level leading large teams. I then shifted to creating meaningful change for smaller businesses. I had no idea entrepreneurship would teach me as much as it has. I am currently enjoying leading machine learning, using manufacturing (ERP/MES) and scientific data, to create significant business value for a multi-billion-dollar company.
