● Conducts on-site customer operational and/or systems analysis resulting in problem identification. During engagements, identifies operational and system enhancement opportunities.● Drafts proposals, including detailed reports that outline the findings and recommendations for process improvement.● Based on results, designs solutions and hardware/software specifications by creating detailed documents.

● Plays a critical role in implementing new products, services, upgrades, and provide technical oversight of the Bank’s products and services, which includes the Online Banking Platform and associated products, Wire Transfer processing, Treasury Services processing, and Deposit Operations processing. ● Identify new and monitor existing development projects. Provide training associated with new products and processes. ● Maintains a development queue for system improvements related to operational efficiencies impacting Deposit Operations, Online Channel, Treasury Management, and the Deposit division to monitor idea requirements, progress, and training. ● Assist in creating, testing, and implementing Core Workflow Development processes as related to Deposit Operations, Online Channel, Treasury Management, and the Deposit division. Partner with business unit and IT Support on network systems impacted.

● Assists customers in completing loan applications for new, extension, renewal and replacement in consumer, commercial, real estate, and agricultural lending.● Collects collateral documents including titles, insurances, paid taxes, tax returns, borrowing base certificates, financial spreads, and other various financial reports.● Prepare and load loan application to generate promissory notes, mortgages, and assignment of leases and rents.● Create, package, and submit credit applications to appropriate loan committees● Responsible for completing regular in-house closings on modifications, renewals, and new commercial loans.● Complete regular and periodic audits of existing commercial loans to confirm compliance with bank and governmental regulations.

● Maximize sales and profitability by coaching and developing staff, while controlling expenses and ensuring functions are completed.● Maintain effective level of product/program knowledge to determine customer/prospect financial needs and sell appropriate products.● Ensures compliance with bank audit and security procedures and report any potential problems/concerns.● Accountable for all monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, wages, and overall profit or loss.● Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

● Manage and administer the provision of retail customer services such as opening new accounts, balancing checkbooks, resolving customer problems.● Implement Bank policy training pertinent to the cashing of checks and withdrawal of funds from accounts. ● Train and supervise Personal Bankers.● Handle unusual or difficult customer problems either through direct personal action or referral to the proper department.● Supervise Personal Bankers to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service.
