• Accountable to deliver the solution for Commercial and Regulatory applications such as Contracts & Pricing, Chargeback Settlements, Rebates and Fees, FSS Compliance, Medicaid, Master Data and Reporting Modules as Subject Matter Expert and Model N Product SME• Recommend Business and technology partners on the process improvement and document dependencies between new business processes and already customized business processes.• Review and validate critical bug fixes, customizations and major enhancements of revenue management products from the vendor.• Responsible for requirement elicitation, perform the feasibility analysis, prepare the detailed requirement specification document, prepare the business use cases and clarify any queries raised by the business and Development teams.• Develop and recommend continuous improvements to application services, technology, policies, and standards. Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.• Accountable for the functional and system integration testing for any new enhancement in the Revenue management applications and assist in User Acceptance Testing and Production Deployment.• Lead and coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists. Synchronize with testing and support team and providing support/input to the Release Management process.
