I engage with the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation (DDWS), Government of India to implement and scale up a mobile IVR-based training service for 'Swachhagrahis' (DDWS's village level cadre on sanitation). As a pilot I led the implementation of the mobile service across five districts in four states of India, training and supporting the state and district Government officials in the roll out process. I also supervised the development and production of mobile course content and branding. The uptake of the mobile service in the pilot was higher than the targets set.
