About Kathryn Brackbill

I'm an experienced HR professional who currently serves in a HR Department of One capacity. My goal is to make the employee feel heard and respected throughout the employee life cycle. I strive to make the onboarding and off-boarding process as seamless (and painless) as possible. I'm always wanting to learn and improve myself as an individual and as a manager. I try to do this by taking professional development opportunities. I'm also very passionate about protecting individual liberties and limiting the role of government in American citizens lives.
