Measured the Magnetic Susceptibility, as well as the electric and magnetic fields, of a magnetostrictive metal strip, commonly used in acousto-magnetic based anti-theft electronic article surveillance systems.Attempted to determine if this particular material is capable of having any other real world applications or practical uses.

Used COMSOL Multiphysics Modeling software to create a TEG (thermoelectric generator) model in order to test and determine which variety of materials would be most suitable to convert heat into electricity.
