This involved designing Technical Architecture, data architecture, and ETL pipelines. Built a mesh-based architecture using Databricks, streamlining data ingestion, aggregation, and analytics, resulting in a 30% increase in data processing efficiency. Enabled over 100+ business users to independently access and analyze data products through self-serve analytics on Databricks, resulting in accelerated FDA drug approvals for their planned drug launchLegacy System Transformation: Leading the migration of a Japan-based Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company’s legacy Oracle-based systems to a modern cloud-based infrastructure. This included a comprehensive discovery phase of their existing systems, creating a detailed roadmap for their future goals, and executing the implementation plan.
