Led multi-million dollar Emergency Operations Network (EON) project for the FAA- Designed, developed, tested, evaluated and implemented a technology framework and started building collaborative, event reporting, and decision support applications around stack of Microsoft technologies, primarily but not limited to WSS, Google GIS technologies, and Marklogic XML technologies- Engineered the framework to concentrate on security, high availability and disaster recovery- Promoted EON and expanded customer base, integrated solutions with legacy FAA systems, researched and evaluated complimentary technologies and managed vendor relationships- Created budget plan and set business plan objectives and milestones for FY08 through FY15- Managed team of 5-8 and met all Flight Plan (Business Plan) objectives before the deadlines each fiscal year
