About Kristine Ranger

An organizational development firm that specializes in developing people, teams and leaders with coaching, facilitation, strategic and systems thinking, and Wiley workplace solutions. Driven by a competitive spirit, marketing mindset and inquisitive nature, I address the soft skills with hard core strategies that improve relationships, build cohesive teams, and capitalize on human resources. As a "Knowledge Navigator", I use a wide variety of tools and approaches, including the Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team resources, to overcome dysfunctional teams, provide guidance to leaders and entrepreneurs, and develop internal operations to enact organizational change. I accomplish this with highly interactive and engaging presentations, fine-tuned facilitation skills, big picture thinking..... and a little bit of magic. Workplace solutions include talent development and group facilitation to create cohesive and effective teams at all levels; leadership and management development programs, and coaching in human resources, communication and conflict, adult learning, sales, marketing. and business development initiatives.Solutions specific to agri-food systems include HR and HRM services and tools, outreach and educational initiatives for rural economic development; grant writing, project management and project evaluation; and family coaching for farm transition planning. I am a "self contained innovation team" with a rare ability to generate new ideas, advance and refine them, then execute to completion as evidenced by repeatedly achieving state and national awards. I am the only volunteer to be recognized by American Farm Bureau Foundation four times for outstanding educational programming in agriculture. In every situation, I bring wisdom and wit, knowledge and know-how, and experience and expertise! Are you ready to be transformed? Say Yes and Know!
