I am a "self contained innovation team" with a rare ability to generate new ideas, advance and refine them, then execute to completion as evidenced by repeatedly achieving state and national awards. I am the only volunteer to be recognized by American Farm Bureau Foundation four times for outstanding educational programming in agriculture.
