I am an Aviation Maintenance Technician licensed holder issued by Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) with Airframe and Powerplant Ratings licensed #126825-AMT with over 5 years of experience as an aircraft structural builder and Sheetmetal. Building, repairing aircraft structure such as inboard and outboard skin of the wing, tank, longerons, stiffeners, stringers, brackets, skeletal, ribs, beams, and spars in accordance with the procedures and standards set by the company maintenance manual and manufacturer blueprints to achieve airworthy standards and quality. I was able to learn skills that require great precision, understanding, and passion for the aviation industry. I was able to master the tools that we repeatedly use during these day to day work especially air riveters, air guns, bucking bars, calipers, dimple dies, measuring tools, rivet sets, offsets, pop riveters, flutes or rosebuds, micro stops, files, and many more. I was also able to learn by reading manuals and blueprints of the aircraft. We also practiced great team cooperation, and communication in order for us to finish the task given to us by our supervisor. We also do a checklist and proper documentation for the said assembly of the aircraft. Until this day I choose to have a career growth outside my comfort zone and challenge myself to be a respectable aircraft mechanic and to learn more from this industry.
