Associate Director, Online Student Services
My role is to oversee efforts that ensure a seamless student service experience to IU Online students post admissions. This includes direct management of IU Online onboarding, orientation, career services, and the internal student services team. I also strategically oversee external vended services and student service partnerships across the IU system. Holistically, I provide leadership of initiatives to support IU Online student services and engagement from admissions to graduation.

I had the distinct privilege to serve as the Luddy School's inaugural Director of Online Education. The primary function of this position was to provide leadership and administrative oversight for all aspects of online education. Collaborating with academic leaders and faculty, I lead initiatives to position the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering as a premier academic provider by designing, developing, implementing, and managing innovative high quality online courses and graduate programs. I also recommended academic and administrative procedures to ensure state, federal, and accreditation policies related to instruction, curriculum, and course design.
Director Of Data Science Graduate Student Services
I managed Data Science Graduate Studies and Records Office Operations, Admissions and Enrollment Operation, and Academic and Degree Processes for the Data Science within the School of Informatics and Computing (SoIC). My duties included supervising graduate admissions systems; developing systems relating to enrollment; curriculum requirement disclosure; Master’s level degree progress reporting; degree certification and advising; supervising and training staff and managing a wide variety of transactions involved in student services. I am responsible for a variety of complex tasks related to the oversight of the Office of Student Financial Assistance’s (OSFA's) processing operation, individual record information and dissemination, and the integration of these services with those provided within the Office of Enrollment Management. I trainined and assisted in the direction of staff, interpreted policies and procedures, and determined daily priorities. I developed and implemented workflow procedures and instructed staff in the performance of their duties. I also created and orchestrated a variety of reports and analyses to ensure integrity of records, status of processing, resolution of exceptions, and reported inconsistencies to management. I served as an information specialist on processing procedures by extracting data from databases, scheduling reports, recommending modifications to procedures, and responding to inquiries. I also hired, trained, and monitored the work of temporary seasonal staff.
