I continue to lead product development, testing, fundraising, marketing, and strategic partnerships for the organization. Assembled the cross-functional team, oversaw industrial design, sourced manufacturers, and coordinated development of prototypes for hardware product and app. Led testing and QA efforts. Analyzed customer segments, developed GTM strategy and engaged healthcare stakeholders. Identified best market entry points, and led customer development efforts. Currently, preparing the product for IRB and customer pilots and Class 1 regulatory approval. Consulted with and retained a chief medical information officer, pharmacist and business development consultant, and secured initial funding.

Enhanced product battery life and enabled the Windows team to ship product faster and reduced time-to- delivery by 60%.
