Previously, my position was a Peer Advisor. Because of my experience, I have moved up as a Student Success Ambassador.I help incoming freshmen and transfers register for the next semester. I provide them tools and references that they can use to help them register for classes again in the future. An important part of my job is to ease their stress of registering for classes and ensure that they walk out of the room with answered questions and tools to use in the future. I also help create PowerPoints for workshops, create flyers for our College's bulletin board, and assist in any workshops and event that the College of Education hosts.

Handle a lot of mini projects, including Student Assistant timesheets, scanning in documents, emailing professional staff, and more. My main project is to create a manual for all departments in University Housing Services.

My focus is administrative work. I hold one-on-ones, money handling, oversee new hire development, and do inventory using our IOS program. I have experience opening and closing the store. I am essentially acting manager when supervisors are not there. I have conducted/assisted in interviews, created 3 guidebooks, created organizational procedures, price tags, and disciplinary policies.

I oversee my other executive board members, host induction events, create agendas, host executive board meetings, collaborate with other clubs and communities, have monthly phone calls with my Chapter Support Manager, and host our annual Leaders for Leaders Conference.
