I am a passionate leader with strong engineering background who is always eager to support people around me. I love working closely with my team members and helping them to succeed in both their every day tasks and long term career goals. I have an expertise of leading engineers on all different levels from juniors to seniors and thanks to my 10+ years experience of working as a software engineer myself, I have a very clear idea about what engineers expect from their managers and what do they need to stay motivated and to be successful.I enjoy identifying challenges which block my team from being more efficient and working on improvements together with my team members. Besides that, I strongly believe that it is very important to see a big picture as well and work closely with other engineering managers within the organisation, because many potential improvements could be implemented on strategic level so they can help the other engineering teams as well.My biggest motivation is making people around me successful, because I believe that trying to get the best out of every single person in the company is also the key to the whole company’s success. Saying that, I also believe that company culture is one of the strongest assets which any company has, so I try every single day to inspire people around me to adopt this mindset, strengthen the company culture and make us driven by positive thinking and company success all together.
