CurrentAs the VP of Global Marketing at Nitro Snowboards I oversee and manage the global Nitro Snowboard and L1 Outerwear brand, media, social media, video, and team departments. Manage all the media departments and marketing initiatives at Nitro Snowboards. Manage over 25 International professional athletes and 20+ US based professional athletes and brand advocates. Negotiate all athlete and media contracts.Create product, editorial, and rider stories that are in-line with our marketing strategy and appeal to mainstream media. Organize, hire and direct in-house and external creative resources (agencies or experts); in development and execution of brand videos, product videos, print advertising, commercials, demos, special events, POP, trade-shows, web, regional marketing, collaborations, and photos. Create and market product lines that will generate attention from the core and mainstream markets. Initiate marketing campaigns that will increase brand recognition and brand demand globally while maintaining brand integrity.As a VP of Global Marketing at Nitro Snowboards I wear a lot of different hats with pride and always willing to help out where help is needed - from the distribution warehouse floor to updating and coordinating all social media to the sales floor.
