Managing crisis and securing that an efficient emergency preparedness offshore organisation is established, maintained and developed in accordance with external regulations and BPN internal requirements.

Ula/Tambar

Manage the daily operations offshore on Ula/Tambar field demonstrating a strong commitment to the HSE standards when carrying out the responsibilities, providing leadership in the delivering of safe, efficient and reliable operations within the OMS framework. Managing crisis and securing that an efficient emergency preparedness offshore organisation is established, maintained and developed in accordance with external regulations and BPN internal requirements.

Responsible for a safe and effective execution of all maintenance activity on Ula and Tambar. Responsible for the general administration of the multi-discipline maintenance team, including appraisals, training, and development of associated staff and contractors.Responsible for preparation and control of the platform support revenue budgets as the Budget Responsible Officer (BRO). Annual budget NOK ~45mill. Responsible for HR issues, maintenance strategy and performance management within the maintenance dept. Responsible for creating an environment where everybody can contribute, improve involvement and engagement - ensure all teams have measureable targets and that regular feedback is given.Ensure new contractors are fully integrated offshore with focus on HMS and communication

Responsible for the modification activities within the Southern Area Asset(Ula/Gyda/Valhall/Hod) Annual budget NOK 150-200 mill.Responsible for preparation and control of modifications capital budget as the Budget Responsible Officer (BRO).•Responsible for developing and administer required procedures to ensure that activities within the Modification Section meets the required standards.Responsible for the management of Technical Review Group (TRG).Responsible for co-ordination of the review, approval, execution and as-builting of modifications.Responsible for the continued development and evaluation of the combined engineering, fabrication, installation and as-builting contract for modifications with Aker Offshore Partner (AOP) and ABB Offshore Systems (ABBOS).BP representative for the combined engineering, fabrication, installation and as-built contracts for modifications with AOP and ABBOS.
