Prepare and conduct 10day mobile life skills education classes for youth is village ( Materials and training provided , prepare relevant teaching/ learning .Monitoring & Evaluation activities and all report writing activities

*Responsible for physical safe managementPayment of bills,salaries,and taxes. *Keep daily cash balance sheet updated and enter data in booking Software (Use ERP Software system ). *Prepare Admin/Finance/Sales Department monthly report. *Keep inventory and account book for safe. *To prepare Delivery Note for sending the monthly accounting vouchers to Yangon coordination office, the details on the documents sent. *Maintain staff information, leave records and salary slips. *Manage the stock balance weekly check. * Support the organization of training and meetings .

*Check accuracy, validity,legitimacy of all expense vouchers,account code and clearance of advance and make sure all supporting documentation are prepared in line with better life accounting procedure*Check in company pay slips and vouchers*Prepare monthly cash book report ans weekly update to budget stabilizers *Assist in monthly financial packages and reports ( Use Peachtree Software Accounting )*Check side receipt papers , expenditure receipts , record of every activities that come from side area*Recording daily expenses and Keeping to know amount of shares budget *Prepare monthly financial report to line Manager (Admin & Finance Officer and / or General Manager and BOD )• Reporting *To write monthly activity report and submit to Finance Manager *To help Finance Manager for developing quarterly financial report to Board of Directors
