• Ensure timely completion of projects and execute project tasks within the agreed time-scales and budget• Responsible for site supervision, safety, resource planning, coordination works and testing & commissioning• Plan, coordinate and monitor orders and deliveries• Work with sales team to ensure design plan and output meet customers’ requirements• Ability to handle combination of projects concurrently at times with respective project technical leads on-site• Liaise with customer, vendors, M&E consultants and project team to ensure quality control, customer satisfaction and projects be completed on time • Initiate, implement and document new processes/ procedures to improve quality, cost and productivity of the project• Liaise with M&E consultants and vendor• Adhere to ISO procedures and standards

 Coordinate design and/or detailing with main-contractor, develop shop drawings, review submissions from subcontractors and liaise with other work disciplines. Supervise and coordinate M&E works on-site with contractors to ensure timely delivery of work schedule in accordance to approved drawings and materials. Review M&E shop drawings, request for information relevant with drawings and other materials submission to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements. Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination on change order issued and liaise closing with the Quantity surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents on the change order Conduct M&E inspections and verify that the installations are in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Supervise and ensure that the T&C of M&E services - are in accordance with approved method statements.  Collect the M&E defects and Complete defect rectification.  Assist Owner’s Facility Management team after project handover stage for building usage and clearing defects.
