Mr. Thant Zaw Moe has been actively working on Telecommunications, Satellite Communications based industry for more than 18 years. Knowledge and skill in how to conduct a Professional job search and low morale were identified as major barriers. From the knowledge and experiences he has gained over a decade, he sees himself as a dynamic engineer with project management skills, an engineer with innovative vision and has the ability to think “out of the box” when developing ICT solutions for complex business problems. He is particularly adept at picking up new technological theories and applications very quickly and using these new ideas and concepts to develop timely and cost efficient ICT solutions for various requirements, large and small. He ‘continually’ keeps up to date with new technologies and is often called upon to make presentations to government, multinational bodies and technical departments on New Technologies and their strategic implementation in various environments. He has also participated in the international telecommunication trade shows and events such TelecomAsia/BroadcastAsia/EnterpriseIT and gained a lot of international exposure on Telecom and ICT industries so that better understanding on International Telecom and ICT developments are achieved and has always kept in touch with the most latest and updated technologies. All these understandings help him in developing the state-of-the-art networks and infrastructures back in the country and always keep him ahead in moving to latest technological trend.Since his ultimate aim is to become a good research scientist in technological fields, he always keeps an eye on the trend of technical developments and ever changing technologies. He always tries to bring along all of his colleagues as much as he can to keep track on the latest technologies and their movements.
