Job functions involve planning including scoping study, scheduling, budgeting, material purchase & evaluation and contractor liaison.Main roles include:• Scoping of works• Budgeting of works• Scheduling of job planning & execution• Development of mechanical work package• Verification & evaluation of equipment purchase• Development of special contractor services including tower chemical decontamination, catalyst change-out, circuit neutralization, leak free flange joints programme and etc• Co-ordination of jobs, tracking of actual progress and schedule projection• Development of method statements and repair methods for specific repairs, mainly for static equipments• Development of risk based inspection for plant equipments
