- Prepare monthly financial reporting packs and review business KPIs and company performance;- Perform financial and costing analysis to provide recommendations to support ongoing strategic management decisions;- Perform monthly budget and forecasting as well as variance analysis for management decision and direction;- Assist in IPO projects by foster effective internal control environment and ERP implementation;- Manage the monthly close process and prepare monthly consolidate financial statements;- Supervise a team of finance personnel to handle the daily accounting and period end financial closing and reporting; - Manage external parties for ad hoc projects, and- Handle audits, tax and statutory filing requirements

- Perform audit engagements for multinational corporations listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with particular focus in real estate industry (e.g. property development and investment, hotel operation, property agency and construction);- Manage client relationship, monitor the engagement progress from the planning stage and prepare all deliverables as well as staff mentoring;- Identify critical audit risk, discuss technical issues with clients and provide suggestions and practical advises;- Manage project financial status including budgets, billing and collection etc.; and- Participate in annual audit, interim review, other special review engagements for major listed companies including but not limited to the followings:1.
