Hello, I'm Katy, a passionate entrepreneur with a proven track record of scaling coaching based businesses online. I have played a pivotal role in the success of a virtual start-up coaching business, catapulting its growth from $1M to $10M in 3.5 years. Starting as a consultative closer in 2016, running 1:1 consultations with entrepreneurs worldwide, I generated over $1M in my first year. I then grew and led the sales division, mentoring other high-ticket closers to sell with integrity, grace and lots of love. Recognizing my potential, I was promoted to a director position, where I honed my leadership skills and fostered a high-performing team. After moving from Los Angeles to Fort Lauderdale to start the physical location, I was promoted to the leadership team and shortly after, we hit the $10M mark in 2019. As I embraced my role as a leader, I became deeply committed to ensuring client satisfaction and excellence in service. I continued on to pursue my passion for helping other high-ticket coaches scale their online businesses without compromising their values or company culture. I went on to coach service based startup companies, guiding them through 1:1 coaching calls, facilitating dynamic mastermind group sessions on a weekly basis, and providing comprehensive support on their sales, marketing, budgeting, and team leadership.
