My professional experience consists of my work as a Software Developer at Echo Global Logistics, Clinical Systems Integration Developer and Sales Engineer with Prosch Consulting, and two summer internships with Zebra Technologies in their IS department.At Echo, I recently lead the Truckload Integration development team to integrate the applications from Command Transportation with the Echo truckload workflow. An effort which took a significant amount of resources, time, architectural design, but was ultimately very successful. Afterwards, I continued to lead the Truckload team to further improve the processes and applications which run a significant portion of Echo's business.On Echo's EDI team, I worked on creating solutions for integrating external clients with our internal systems. We primarily take advantage of .NET, BizTalk, and webservices to find the most efficient way of connecting our business to others. I gave BizTalk courses to both business analysts and developers, manage aspects of our releases, and work on the technical architecture design and implementation of our solutions. I have also worked on the improvement of the automated BizTalk deployments, and have reduced their deployment times by more than half, while also removing several human-error prone spots. I also created a framework for our BAs to utilize to create BizTalk maps on their own without developer interaction, which greatly shortened the time to onboard a new clientAt Prosch, I am gained several years of experience creating innovative, simple healthcare integration solutions for hospitals and laboratories using Microsoft technologies.
