Konstantin chairs RAA25 which is a part of Russian Arbitration Association. RAA25's goal is to promote arbitration among young students and lawyers and to afford them an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and improve their skills in arbitration. RAA25 organizes one of the leading Russian Moot-Court, conducts arbitration-related seminars and master classes, cooperates with leading law firms and disseminating information about their open vacancies, spreads information about LLM programmes among young lawyers.

Some of Konstantin's projects: - Represented the Russian investor in an ad-hoc construction investment arbitration against the Republic of Belarus under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and 2014 EAEU Treaty where the investor's claim was granted- Represented the Italian contractor in a complex construction dispute against its subcontractor totaling USD 21.5 mln: ICC arbitration (Stockholm, Sweden), three litigations in Russia, subcontractor’s attempts to obtain interim measures (asset freeze and anti-suit injunction), subcontractor’s claw-back claim in its insolvency- Advised and represented the global IT platform in 15+ Russian proceedings with an estimated value of USD 500+ mln: sanctions-related disputes with unprecedented judicial fines (astreinte), customers claims, challenging bailiff’s actions and other administrative proceedings, self-insolvency of the Russian subsidiary- Defended the American IT corporation in sanctions-related claims of Russian distributors seeking the amount of not rendered services after suspension of activities in Russia and related damages (10+ disputes in ICAC and state courts with a total value of USD 15 mln)- Represented the Russian subsidiary of the French retail group in a complex construction dispute over the retail premises with total parties’ claims at USD 50 mln (claiming damages and advance payment, invalidating contract termination, interim measures), which finished with the settlement agreement- Participated in disclosure procedure for the English High Court of Justice in a corporate dispute - Advised the international pharmaceutical company in a cross-border Russian-Dutch dispute with its top manager - Successfully defended the Russian subsidiary (importer) of the German auto manufacturer against the Russian dealer’s claim on invalidation of contract termination
