Jan-2020 to Feb-2021: Contract C19W05 - Multipurpose Building in Remaining Midfield Area, Airport Authority Hong Kong (Contract Sum: HKD $602M)• Responsible for monitoring, coordination and inspection of site works, including excavation and lateral support, plate load test for soil, construction of raft footing, structural drainage, back-filling and superstructure.• Arranged the planning and scheduling of construction works programme.• Involved in documentary preparation, including method statement preparation, material submission and test report submission.• Involved in site layout planning, including hoarding and lifting plant.• Prepared various submissions to Building Department, including BA8, BA10, BA14 and SSP documents.Jun-2018 to Jan-2020:Main Contract Works for the Proposed Residential and Commercial Re-Development at 13-15 Sze Shan Street, Yau Tong (Contract Sum: HKD $953M)• Reviewed and cross-checked construction drawings of different disciplines, including structural drawing, general building plan and combined builder’s work drawing.• Coordinated with client, consultant and sub-contractor on drawings discrepancies and construction method.• Involved in site works for 4-day construction cycle of typical floors with the use of precast facade and system formwork.• Responsible for spotting concrete defect and arranging for corresponding rectification, including concrete crack and honeycomb.• Arranged concrete rebound hammer test and core test with BD.• Handled site documents, including Site Query, Contractor Submission, Confirmation of Instruction, Action Note, Site Memo and Works Order.

• Involved in structural design for R.C. foundation, superstructure, retaining wall and structural steel, including modelling, calculation, drawing production and statutory submission.• Familiarised with structural modelling software, including SAFE, ETABS, SADS and SAP2000.
