Oracle Transportation Management System Implementation in China• Set up 2 phases in CMS roll out project, phase 1 roll out to all carriers’ hub in Shanghai, phase 2 roll out to all carriers’ hub outside Shanghai, to further strengthen partnership as well as improve operation flow and order visibility based on systemized operation, which is unprecedented for 3PL to implement in China• Coordinate operation (on site) and IT (in house) resource to roll out CMS to carrier side, maintain issue logs, hold weekly status review meeting and prepare monthly status report to all project committees, design customized, system-generating management reports for operation manager and account managers to measure operations both internal and external, carrier hub performance, truck usage, KPI reports and so on• Lead project - CMS implementation in West China, collect operation requirement from GM - West China, work out project charter with high-level scope, success criteria, risk management, maintain project budget, co-work with Regional IT and operation team to design project plan and remark responsible parties for each stage and deliverables, responsible for the project quality and implementation compliance via weekly status review meeting, cross work with WMS implementation team to ensure smooth interface between WMS and CMS, and also ensure high-efficiency physical handover between warehouse and transport

• Participate in system design, module design, Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing and test script preparation, familiarize operations in IDS Shanghai Hub and IDS warehouse, including order management, planning, track and trace, POD management, inbound, outbound, warehouse management, conduct end user training for all operation sites (Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, Guangzhou) and end user readiness review• On site support for post Go Live as CMS Super User (Shanghai and Beijing Operation Site), maintain issue logs to define issues type and follow up within due date, monitor performance for both system and operation side, analyze monthly issues to operation manager and IT to evaluate the performance, re-train those with repetitive user errors and escalate high importance system issue to regional IT for solutions• Develop local Super User and training mechanism (train the trainer) at each operation site, monitor performance on Super User level, raise FBR (Functional Business Requirement) to IT based on the requirement of operation with feasibility and cost efficiency analysis beforehand, ensure a smooth running for the combination of operation and system• Design customized, system-generating management reports for management teams to see the on time system fulfill rate, system fulfill accuracy rate on OPC level, daily and month-to-date level, greatly improve operation KPI (system fulfill rate) from 73% to 98%, improve data accuracy for all WMS accounts form 75% to 95%
