The reason I am pursuing Information Systems is because I want to get involved with AI and Cyber Security.I will graduate in June of 2026 in the college of Business. The reason I want to get into Cyber Security is because it is a big industry that is in dire need of people. I want to help make a difference in the world by making and maintaining the safety of technology and the internet. I am able to work with computers and very handy, because of my prior experience building window screens and inputting the work orders into the database. By learning more about information systems, I want to learn how to link the ideas and iterate safety practices into our data.I have also taken multiple cyber security camps put on by cyber patriot at Mentor Graphics in Wilsonville, and also at the Oregon State Corvallis campus. I have also taken an artificial intelligence class over the summer of 2020 put on by Harvard and Stanford graduates. In this camp we used some python and explored how different AI systems work.
