With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality and guest experience industry, I have developed strong skills in operations management, team leadership, technical support, performance analysis, and service delivery.My mission is to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for the patients, visitors, and staff of St Vincent’s. I am passionate about collaborating with diverse departments and stakeholders to amplify the overall patient experience.
