As an external solution expert for the department private credits and insurances at KBC Bank & Insurance, I provide support for the internal KBC collegues in their role as solution expert/application managers. Furtermore, I provide support for the department in several projects as a solution expert/application manager.I am involved in the pre-develpment area's of the project, up to and beyond the delivery of the project to the customer. I look after the interests of the customers of KBC. I provide the test strategy. I create the testware.I execute the tests or have the tests executed by others. I report the test progress to the project leader and take action in case of a problem and provide a solution.Post-release I provide the follow-up of the project. I monitor and take action in case of incidents related to the project. I provide the necessary documentation.
