• Responsibility of service and installations to a volume of approximately 1.5 million private and business customers in 4 geographic areas.
• Promotion of service technicians to sales positions while increasing the sales volume (ARPU) from customers.
• Management planning and control of budgets of more than 100 million NIS.
• Overall responsibility for 800 service/Installations personnel and managers nationwide, building training programs, promotion and development.
• Building processes, working methodologies and technical specifications and integration to field personnel.
• Management engagements with contractors - negotiating, closing the contract terms, agreements, inspection and approval of the accounts

• Building and management of advanced technological plant for the production of frozen foods for institutional clients in the North.
• Building operational infrastructure - purchase of machinery from abroad, setting up a manufacturing and defining work processes.
• Supply chain management and responsibility for transporting products to customers through external sub-contractors.
