As a Project Department Manager in Playtika’s Tech division, I specialize in coaching and guiding PMs for effective, impactful management and creating result-oriented culture: Drive Strategy to Execution.I work to increase my own awareness and that of those around me to distinguish the essentials. I integrate people, aiming to stay focused on the company's business goals.I build and improve work processes, combining a wide view with detailed diving where needed.I work deeply with both technology and business HQ: HR, legal, finance and operations.What I love most about my role is the opportunity to grow a talented and energetic team in a world of frequent changes. I adopt the approach of discovering strengths on a daily basis. I manage cross-organization PM community and discover the tremendous human potential as an engine for success.In the future, I aim to expand my expertise in managing organizational transformations: The ability to integrate advanced technological capabilities in every business unit. I intend to take part building long-term strategies and charting the path to their actual implementation.Outside of work, I am a full-time husband and father.
