Current position has allowed me to draw on my skills in setting up gaming operations from scratch. Within a short time, I managed to successfully identify prospective business partners and establish mutually beneficial relationships. I am also constantly striving to update and improve regulatory fundamentals, work procedures, and operational aspects.

This was an exciting and significant position in which I was responsible for senior management of real estate projects in 7 countries, including two residential projects in Kiev of 1,300 and 400 apartments; a 42,000 square meter shopping mall in Prague; office buildings in Prague and Warsaw, and 79 hectares of land for residential development in St. Petersburg.My responsibilities in this dynamic position included direct management of headquarters and executives in Israel and each of the countries where we operated. Additionally, I was responsible for reporting to the Israeli Securities Authority and adhering all other measures required from public companies in Israel.

In this unique position, I represented several investors in a turn-around of a small family-owned African bank up to the accomplishment of an intensive sale process. I was responsible for ensuring that the bank operated in accordance with global standards and adopted appropriate policies such as establishing Board and Management committees (in which I participated) and preparing and implementing procedures and work processes. Additionally, I initiated the launch of new Banking products such as micro-credit and credit cards.This role combined my banking experience, organizational management capabilities in turn-around and growth processes, and the ability to work in developing countries. Following due diligence and negotiations, the sale was completed successfully, yielding considerable ROI for investors.

Representing a group of investors in major real estate projects in Kazakhstan: construction of a shopping mall in the capital Astana (total investment of $300M); Director in a multi-phase project in the tourism/entertainment sector.

Responsibility over the integration, supervision and control of foreign subsidiary banks, including significant involvement in the acquisition process of several financial institutions mainly in CIS region.
