Within the role of Associate Program Manager I oversee product delivery of WorldStrides educational programming. Through collaborative effort we ensure the demands of our target client are met from marketing and presentation down to the timing of delivery. Through 1:1 discussions with clients, NPS and rigorous research, my cohort and I gain valuable insights on our product performance to revamp and better match our clients needs. During peak season, I facilitate workshops with our seasonal staff to familiarize the team with any product updates, milestones, potential concerns, and next steps. Some day-to-day responsibilities include silhouetting the day's agenda by reviewing the Catalog Edit SKU to ensure sales are aligned with experience participation, instructor substitutes are accounted for, and all experience modifications are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
