Duties / Achievement : 1. Provide direct input to ensure the delivery of quality service and appropriate emergency referrals . 2. Supervise appropriate and timely referrals in coordination with the nearby health facilities. 3. Aligned with the referral hub team ensure coordination of community health worker activities and community outreach regarding the referral hubs 4. Ensure accurate recording of information in the referral hub registers, and timely completion of summary reports and ensure patient confidentiality is respected, and that all referrals are conducted in a dignified and respectful manner.5. Under supervision of medical doctors, Medical assistant will provide direct clinical care, working closely with the other clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high quality emergency and primary healthcare services. 6. Perform triage, screening and assessment of patients.7. Provision of inpatient and outpatient treatment (where possible), ensuring medications are given to patients as prescribed by the MD.8. Delivery of hygiene promotion, health education and patient/care giver counselling. 9. Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control measures. 10. Ensure accurate recording of information in the clinic registers, and timely completion of summary reports.11. Ensure clinic areas are appropriately stocked with essential equipment and supplies. Ensure patient confidentiality is respected, and that all consultations are conducted in a dignified and respectful manner.12. Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team spirit and provide guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions 13.Provide nursing/medical support and mentorship to other staff, providing on-the-job training of volunteers, health educators & others needed . 14. Implement outreach activities with the rest of the team to access "hard to reach? and vulnerable beneficiaries to increase service utilization.

1. Provide ensure delivery of patient care through implementation of prescribed medication and monitoring reporting patient’s conditions by taking blood pressure, temperatures, pulse, respiratory rate, BMI, height, weight measurement and ECG.2. To deliver nursing care to patients based on established clinical practice standards.3. Assist doctors during round, note and implement the orders properly.4. Attend admitted/In-patient with utmost sincerity and dedication.5. Maintain various registers daily like Patient, Disease, Doctor Order sheet, Medicine Check, medical equipment check list etc.6.Ensure that patients are fully satisfied on hospital's manner, dedication, feelings for recovery of patient, quality of nurses etc.7. Provide First Aid, emergency care, wound care, immunizations and assistance in recovery and rehabilitation.9. Ensure and maintain all equipment,( Oxygen concentrator, BP cup, ECG, Cardiac monitor, Ventilator, suction machine) and other supplies related to patient care.10. Providing back care, enema simplex and Proper wound care including dressing, cleaning wound Site, also provide palliative care. 11. To give priority to emergency cases and to co-ordinate with the consultants/respective department for the same and provide emergency care Such as CPR.12.Ensure accurate recording of information with maintain patient confidentiality is respected, and that all consultations are conducted in a dignified and respectful manner.10. Provide support for patients who are under Palliative Care or with a progressive illness to ensure a dignified End of Life.

Assist medical doctor in conducting clinical health care examination to provide emergency and primary healthcare services, including ensure medications are given to patients by the medical doctor.2. Perform triage, nutritional screening,assessment of patients and provision of inpatient and outpatient treatment.3. Disperse medicine & keeping update of stock medicine and others medical equipment by regular inventory.4.Delivery of hygiene promotion health education & ensure to adherence infection prevention & control measures.5. Staff supervision & development maintain open professional relationship with team members, promoting strong team spirits & provide mentorship to enable staff to successful perform in their position.6. Ensure all patients consultation, keeping patients medical records update with confidentlly and submit daily reports in a timely manner.7. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local communities, camp focals , camp in charge, local government agencies and other implementing partners through attend & conduct meetings with their.8. Provide nursing or medical support and mentorship to others staff, providing on the job training where needed.9. Ensure basic frist aid and emergency medical services as neened.

Management all kinds of frist aids in emergency. 4.. To organize Seminars on health & Hygiene safety and frist. 5. Ensure high quality clinical services and relevent documentation and reporting.6. Ensure STI treatment based on national STI guideline.7. Conduct satellite clinic where necessary. 8.Conduct HIV testing and pre and post test counseling.9. Maintenance regular patients record.10. Abscess dressing and management,11. Regular autoclaving and prepared chlorine solution. 12. Delivery of hygiene promotion and ensure adherence to infection Prevention control measure13. Regular communication with health visitor and report is coordination with line Manage.14. Assiste major surgical procedure and follow up post surgery.
