Verizon's QA Lead Contractor (English) for:-S360 (Jan 2024...)-GCM (Aug 2020 - Dec 2023)-Omnichat (Jan 2020 - Aug 2020)Tasks:-Develop and implement automated and manual test plans with the scope, mission and testing strategy, resources, tasks and estimates, project testing risks, as well as testing data and tools required for testing sessions.-Determine the strategies, types and testing techniques that should be used depending on the type of project or change in the application. -Monitor the performance and behavior of the software to ensure the efficiency of the end user's operations.-Report defects found in testing using standard defect tracking tools for metrics.-Report the results of the tests to the entire team.-Interact with developers, project managers, stakeholders and every other user related to involved app.-Determine the deviation from the expected behavior of the latest version of the software.-Determine the impact of new requirements to suggest modifications.-Give proper walkarounds to users.-Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.-Review the test cases developed by the assined QAs to confirm that they comply with the test coverage and the appropriate specification according to the context of the test base.-Manage the availability and configuration of the environments as well as the test data required for the execution of the required tests.-Follow up on resource tasks, monitor the progress of planned testing activities and carry out necessary actions, escalations and/or measures in case of a deviation.-Conduct SQA/SQC technical interviews for candidates.-Evaluate assigned QAs performance.
