Lead a Global Team of 21 commodity team members in the management of $250M in Raw Steel including Flat, Bar, Tube and Plate products and $500M in Metal Fabrications including sheet metal, stampings, tubing, heavy fabrications, and specialty fabrications. Lead team members in US, Mexico, Europe, China and India.

Led the Purchasing and Supply Chain enterprise for Katy Industries, comprised of 5 divisions: Continental Commercial Products, Glit/Microtron, Contico Container, Wilen Products and Gemtex. Resp. for managing $100M annual spend, $50m Raw Materials and $50M Components/finished goods. Led a team of 2 managers and 6 buyers in North America and 1 manager and 3 buyers in China. Manage commodities of raw materials such as Resin, Latex, Polyester Fibers, Cotton, Grit and Steel to Finished Goods products for direct distribution into the Janitorial/Industrial channel.

Led the North American Interiors Commodity Organization, consisting of 14 buyers/managers located in US and Mexico locations in the strategy development and execution of all commodity/purchasing activities for Vehicle Interiors, consisting of $750M in total spend ($250M impactable). Commodities managed include; mold in color, decorative and functional components, metallic components, resins, colorants and chemicals, steel and copper.

Led 9 direct and 15 indirect reports in the strategy development and execution of all commodity/purchasing activities for a $1.8B Global Commodity. Commodities include: Suspension Modules, Chassis/Suspension Components, Stampings, bushings/isolators.

Planned and managed the daily activities of the Global Vice President of Purchasing, focusing on the development and institutionalization of the corporate priorities and metrics into the WWP Business Plan.
