As the Head of Modernization Office at the Technology Division my job included: • Managed the Bank's modernization and digital transformation program, a multi-year plan designed to address business and technological pains. • Plan with a volume of hundreds of million shekels with advanced and innovative architecture and concepts, based on microservices, cloud technology (AWS), new data architecture (Data mesh, ODS), and expanding digital channels for customers.• Responsible for defining and implementing the program's corporate governance - led the program's steering committees, defining KPI's for projects and conducting status meetings and ongoing project's control in terms of content, budget and schedule. In addition, responsible for managing the dependencies between the projects in the program.• Worked with all levels of management at the bank - the board of directors, CEO office, senior and executive management of the bank• Responsible for the transition to work in Agile development methodology and promoting the use of advanced development management tools like Jira and Xray.

• Led a department of 140 military and civilian engineers in a wide range of disciplines: software developers, architects, system engineers, functional designers, and QA. Responsible for the entire development cycle.• Led the initiation and implementation of next generation command and control systems. Plan with a volume of hundreds of million shekels with advanced and innovative architecture and concept, based on web, microservices and cloud technology.• Initiated and led the modernization process in the central legacy system ('Galaxy System'), with over 10,000 users and nationwide deployment – adding extensive functionality, implementing DevOps capabilities, expanding automation and deepening monitoring & control capabilities.• Led and executed a strategic process to change the culture and organizational structure of the unit and its suitability to meet various challenges, creating a winning organizational culture.• Practiced a variety of technologies (Java, Java Script, Angular, React, C #, Cesium, Mapbox, etc.), architecture (Client-Server, Web, SOA, Cloud, etc.) and the implementation of advanced development concepts based on SAFE (Agile) and DevOps.• Managed interfaces with many systems and organizations in the IAF, IDF and various industries (high-tech and defense).

• Led a department of 120 military and civilian engineers in a wide range of disciplines: software developers, architects, system engineers, functional designers and QA.• Initiated and established the MAOF unit. Responsible for implementing the strategic goals of Ofek 324 in the areas of connectivity, application infrastructure, BI and Business Development.• Managed the Center of Excellence (COE) in Ofek 324 unit – ESB, SOA, Open Source, Java, Data Science, BI, GIS.• Established the Department of Business Development – execution of advanced research and algorithmics development, CRO & CTO management. Led the IAF's technological roadmap.• Established Big Data projects section in the field of operational information, intelligence and cyber.

• Established and managed a department at the IAF Headquarters for cross-organizational and high-integration IT system projects. This included planning and construction of strategic data centers, DRP planning, enterprise networks construction and more.• Led IAF cloud program design and requirements. Initiated the Ofek 324 software applications cloud modernization program.• 'Moving South' Program Manager – responsible for building, planning and authorizing the integration of IAF in the IDF's technology campus in Be'er Sheva with regards to infrastructure, personnel, information systems, operation and logistics.• Wrote and inspected IT chapters in MOD tender for a new technological base near Be'er Sheva.• Control and management of budget programs in the scope of tens of millions of shekels.

• Managed 70 system IT experts in multiple disciplines: cyber defense, networking, storage, database, monitoring and analytics, OS (Unix & Windows), servers and PCs. • Led dozens of projects simultaneously while maintaining tight and challenging schedules, in both routine and emergency situations.• Worked in close cooperation with many IDF, high-tech and defense industry interfaces.• Combat Manager – overall responsibility for the full availability of IAF data systems. Management responsibilities included malfunctions and changes in the production environment in all operational systems.• Highly operational 24/7 dynamics.

• Managed a software group of 25 military and civilian engineers in a wide range of disciplines: software developer, architects and functional design. Responsible for developing an integration platform (ESB) and BI solutions in various areas pertaining to the organization's activities: logistics, human resources, finance, GIS, and non-orthodox areas.• Led the development from the requirements phase, work plan design and risk and budget management, to implementation.• Established and managed two centers of excellence (COE) in the field of BI and SOA. Responsible for the definition and execution of BI and SOA policy in the IAF.• Got recognition as an outstanding officer by the IDF Chief of Staff
