• 'Moving South' Program Manager – responsible for building, planning and authorizing the integration of IAF in the IDF's technology campus in Be'er Sheva with regards to infrastructure, personnel, information systems.
• Wrote and inspected IT chapters in MOD tender for a new technological base near Be'er Sheva.
