I am a financial institution regulatory environment and compliance expert. I currently oversee the internal audit function for a ~$2B federal credit union. I have previously worked as a compliance officer and state regulator (senior bank examiner) with a team providing regulatory oversight of state-chartered FDIC insured banks, state-chartered trusts, and SPDIs. I have received numerous certifications and trainings revolving around credit union regulatory compliance, financial institution regulation, cryptocurrencies, digital asset management, and financial institution examination procedures including BSA AML/KYC, risk management, information technology, commercial lending analysis, asset-liability management, and several others. Trainings and certifications I hold have been provided by the FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation), CUNA (Credit Union National Association), Chainalysis Inc., CSBS (Conference of State Bank Supervisors), FFIEC (Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council), and others. I serve as a board of directors member for Future Business Leaders of America Wyoming chapter. I am also currently in pursuit of an adjunct lecturer/professor role with an accredited university.
