London Air Labs is focused on big data for smarter cities and offers real-time sensor data sets to cities, businesses, organisations and concerned citizens using our top of class monitoring sensor technology.London Air Labs is a business that is intending to revolutionise air quality monitoring in every global city starting with London.We achieve this by creating a city wide air monitoring network by installing our state of the art, small, highly accurate and inexpensive sensor devices capable of measuring the concentration of pollutants of concern. Data is captured and uploaded to our cloud servers via WiFi or 3G radio technologies every 30 seconds and is fully transparent for users to access the data in various formats depending on their needs, including maps, reports and analytics to make informative decisions for themselves and their families. The data is transmitted, collected and made available online and via our mobile app or through our website.

• Consulted with Commercial Mortgages management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives for a new Commercial Mortgages front end platform and understand current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access.

• Successfully led and project managed a business change project - an online cloud MI reporting system. New system resulted in saving approximate 33-man hours of reporting each week by total workforce (£110,000 a year in savings).

• Proficiently worked on full project life cycle of a major new CASS settlements reconciliation database system – 13-month project. Designing the reconciliation database to act as the golden source of data on $1.4bn worth of client money and assets.• Implementing business change by identifying business processes and documentation flows, gathering business requirements, creating user stories of multiple types of end users, analysing the data of the current business systems, validating the measures taken by the business to correct issues, whilst being in line with the FSA guidelines and providing recommendations to implement change.

• Provided project and financial management/reporting on internal basis to the CFO and EMEA Account Director.• Successfully project managed a business change transformation project & deployed an EMEA standardized reporting software system for the company.
