My experience includes: land development design, utility systems layout and design, site grading/retaining wall design, retention/detention system design, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling and pavement assessments. I started my career working primarily in the development of "green fields". Reponsibilities included meeting with the owner to discuss lot layouts, discussing design parameters with governing agencies, flood plain mitigation, and developing plans and specifications for construction. The construction documents I developed typically included erosion control plans, grading plans, drainage plans, utility plans, dimension plans, and construction details along with associated calculations, reports and studies.For the past several years I have been involved with the development of sustainable sites (sites which are primarily re-development or "in fill" in nature).
