Working in the Polish Academy of Sciences I realized that I like being a member of an international team. A common intellectual platform helped us level most of cultural and world-view differences.Another absorbing aspect of a multinational environment is learning many interesting things and habits of different countries and societies. Sometimes it even helps me to better understand my own culture by showing me links and analogies to other cultures I was not aware of. In my professional career I got to know some more and less popular technologies. Using those less popular ones made me more open for non-standard solutions and looking for new methods of coping with problems.
