Used to manage in-house inventory demand-levels.• Created web-based benchmark tools (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Perl, MS Access, and Coldfusion) to independently and discretely gather data from operators worldwide with cellular networks from one of the top-5 cellular vendors. The 5-year program was implemented and improved performance gaps in “green-field” deployments. • End-to-end creation and maintenance of the Motorola GRMS system, a multi-channel web-based global resource management application mapping queries and analysis (MS Access, Oracle SQL, MySQL, and ColdFusion) for service scheduling, cost control, resource skill certifications, and HR soft-skill training. • Strategic analysis delivered to inform, manage and drive stakeholder expectations.• Responsible for Master Service Agreements, KPI, and Service Level Agreements. Continually strived to ensure contract agreements and timelines were met, and that service templates were used as ‘best practices’ throughout the many programs.
