Manager of three embedded Systems Engineering teams supporting the Walt Disney Studios, Disney Shopping and Disney Corporate's Digital Media Agency. These Systems Engineering teams focus on the architecture, implementation and operations of (typically web-basd) complex environments.

This position focuses on leading medium range projects (up to 6 months) to further enterprise-level initiatives such as architectural design and deployment automation.

This position focuses on a diverse set of tasks ranging from the architectural oversight of multiple groups to acting a liaison between operations and the engineering/production staff as well as providing automated solutions to previously manual tasks (resulting in pending patent applications).

Focusing on the TWDC's internet efforts, this position consisted of architecting and maintaining a diverse set of environments ranging from ecommerce to large video streaming environments to massively multiplayer games. I served as the team lead for multiple teams as I helped to balance technical direction, architectural guidance and business oriented.

In this position, I supported the worldwide rollout of SAP for TWDC. I focused on leading the efforts to implement and integrate custom monitoring solutions, SAP Solution Manager, Middleware (WebMethods) and single sign-on (Siteminder) for TWDC's 130,000 employees.
