It was a great experience. I got lots of knowledge ideas and it helped improve my knowledge. I made understand Most of the European and Italian cars service procedure and the parts. I got a good chance using EPC (electronic parts catalog) partslink24, gss, pet2, ETKA, EPC etc.. And making quotation.

My Duties are  New Vehicle receiving and preliminary check up. All paper works verifying and documenting.  Complaint checking, accessing, estimation, approval, solution. Look after new vehicle warranty concerns. System PDS on CTDMS software. New vehicle report documentation. Guiding PDS service and inspection. Maintaining godown(Vehicle stock,Service area,Technicians,Washing teams), vehicle stock auditing. Final Inspection. Make sure to complete vehicle on time and prompt delivery Vehicle delivery with necessary paper works.
