Responsible for leading and coaching the EMEA Sales Team. Grew the EMEA Sales Team from 5x to 18x SDRs, AEs and Country Managers (UK, FR, DE, NOR, NL). And reorganised the team into a well-oiled machine achieving a 100-300% YoY revenue growth.

I got hired as the first employee of SO Connect and was responsible for commercially rolling out their product suite. Grew the sales team of 1x to 20x FTEs (SDRs and AEs). And together with my team closed 2.000 SMB accounts in just three years, closing €5mn in ARR.In 2023, SO Connect got acquired by an established FinTech company.
